Dave & Julie learnt 'Ma' (Kate) Seal's waltz mazurka from the playing of Dave de Hugard on a warm summer's night on a street corner at the Newstead Folk Festival. Ma Seal was a traditional player from Kimba, South Australia.

Mum's mazurka: another tune Dave and Julie learnt from the playing of Dave de Hugard. Mum's mazurka is a Sally Sloane tune recorded by John Meredith. Sally Sloane was a traditional player from the Parkes area in New South Wales. She learnt this tune from her mother, Sarah Frost.
